This action manages the technical, administrative and financial tasks of the project.
Administrative and financial tasks include coordination, collecting documentation, contracting documents, management of beneficiaries’ reports, payments management, budget control in general. The relation and communications with the EU Commission will be developed in this action.
The technical management of this project will ensure the correct development of the actions, solving the issues associated, sharing the situation and progression during the project life-time and informing about the steps to continue properly.
The coordination between laboratory technicians and construction workers is key in this project. Also, the number of technologies applied in this project is very high because of that the technical management is very important to ensure a success final in demonstration activities and the expected environmental and economical results.
This action has the following sub-actions:
E 1.1. Project Management Structure.
This sub-action will develop all the tools needed to coordinate the project properly. This action includes the online management tools, manuals and guidelines for the beneficiaries.
E 1.2. Report presentation.
This sub-action will coordinate the shipment of reports and documentation to EU Commission and also the publication in the website.
E 1.3. Financial Auditory.
This sub-action will provide all the information to the independent auditory entity in order to check the national legislation accomplishment and the payment and financial justification of the project.
